Golden Years is all about one place - California, The Golden State. Over 1,100 miles of coastline stretching from the Oregon border to Baja Mexico. An almost unlimited number of surf spots, from the mysto breaks north of Humboldt to Mavericks, from Rincon to Ventura, L.A. to Lowers and Oceanside to Imperial Beach. Golden State, Golden Years!

For every spot that's packed on a good swell, there are ten with only a handful of enlightened locals reaping the rewards. Golden Years features the best surf, and surfers, who live in or were lucky enough to travel the California coastline at it's best. Giant Mavericks, NorCal secret spots, Santa Cruz, Rincon, Ventura, L.A. County, Huntington, Newport, San Clemente and San Diego get the focus they deserve.
