Drive Thru South Africa

This video is slated to be the best yet in the "Drive Thru" series. The team started out in Capetown, South Africa and made their way up to Jbay where they watched Donnie's concert at a WCT event. As they made their way through South Africa, they raced ostrich's and caught some great surf footage with a little shark scare included.

The drive thru filming crew caught Donnie playing with Tom Curren and Occy with plenty of other surfers watching. Next, they make their way to Durban where they surfed deserted sand bar breaks for five days then hit up the flow rider.

The South Africa trip also contains footage of the first annual Martin Potter Surf Contest followed by a sketchy drive through Transkai. After the contest, the crew ended up at Jbay for the last couple days to pick up some of the best Kelly Slater footage around.

Wrapping up the latest Drive Thru installment is some video of the largest bunji jump, Donnie getting bit by a baby lion, and almost getting run over by a giraffe. All in all, the South Africa trip was one definitely worthy of carrying the Drive Thru name.
